've missed you too, Tink. Tons!

Love the Magic School Bus reference. Always thought it was a cool, subtle Whoism. :-)

I know -- it's been hectic, hasn't it! My son starts Monday at his new school: it's an art school (charter school). He's going to be VERY BUSY. My daughter's been in school for about 3 weeks already now (junior in h.s.). Then at my work, the semester just started back up last week. ai-yi-yi. Busy, yes. I understand! But rough for you, with three kids!

Take some time for yourself each day, Tink! (I know you will... )

One day at a time (but you know that!).

Summer is winding down for us and my kids will be starting school after Labour Day.
It's a busy time of year, but I refuse to be caught off guard - again...
It happened one year and I was scrambling!

I hope your kids enjoy a happy, healthy, educational and fun year!

xx

Thanks everyone for the great comments, as always! Thanks EL for the heads up on PT's blog. It was great. Very exciting news! By now, all of our children are more than likely back to school. We're finally getting into the work/bus/homework groove. We have one open house to attend for Ben and we'll be almost done with meetings and planning, etc. Sarah has a unique experience coming up for an overnight adventure with her class. It's set in a nature preserve and they "camp" in cabins. She's tres excited. We've already had 3 "projects" completed and handed in. The old "plant cell" model and 2 posters. Sheesh.

Have been slowly getting back to visit your wonderful blogs. Grace, the girls sound wonderful!

Hope Labor Day weekend was a good one for everyone. We did relax quite a bit, played board games, took some pics, got over the sniffles. blech.

Happy 09/09/09!

xo

All in all,

Sarah's overnighter sounds cool! Is she looking forward to it? Has she done anything like this before?
