The man looked around and said, "God let me see you" and a star shined brightly.
But the man did not notice.

AND HE'LL REQUIRE EXTRA CARE
FROM THE FOLKS HE MEETS DOWN THERE

And the man shouted, "God show me a miracle" and a life was born.
But the man did not know.

HE MAY NOT RUN, OR LAUGH OR PLAY
HIS THOUGHTS MAY SEEM QUITE FAR AWAY
IN MANY WAYS HE WON'T ADAPT
AND HE'LL BE KNOWN AS HANDICAPPED
SO LETS BE CAREFUL WHERE HE'S SENT,
WE WANT HIS LIFE TO BE CONTENT.

So the man cried out in despair,
"Touch me God, and let me know you are there"

PLEASE LORD FIND THE PERSON WHO WILL DO
THIS SPECIAL JOB FOR YOU
THEY MAY NOT REALIZE STRAIGHT AWAY
THE LEARNING ROLE THEY'RE ASKED TO PLAY,

Whereupon God reached down and touched the man.
But the man brushed the butterfly away and walked on.

BUT WITH THIS CHILD SENT FROM ABOVE
COMES STRONGER FAITH AND RICHER LOVE ...
