All Saints Day

Hope Halloween was FUN for everyone!
Yes, today is that old "All Saint's Day" remembrance. In Catholic parochial school, we had "halloween" processions. However, we had to choose a costume that depicted a Saint. I'm no longer a practicing Catholic. And I'm not being blasphemous - but I think children are the closest things we really have to "Saints." So, here are the beautiful souls to whom I've been entrusted as Guardian on this Earth. :o) We have L-R: Guilmon the Digimon [power: Pyrosphere.] "Princess" Cinderella. And Mowgli of the Jungle Book. :o)

p.s. I was St. Catherine of Alexandria. Sword and Wheel. It was also my "confirmation" name in grade school. I have an entire screech to write on Catholicism and organized "religions" in general. But, I don't wanna screech around the children. LOL

Your so darn lucky. What I would give to have three of my own kids to actually live with. I had two for five years, but then essentially nada. I guess I shouldn't complain.

I remember the grade school halloween processions...every halloween we marched around the school and froze our tails off.

... yes, we are very fortunate. Your nestlings are ready to fly at this time of life. You'll always be their Dad.

You froze your tail off? Did those nuns let you wear your devil costume? lol (wink & grin)
