In response to Annie's plea for return of Dorothy's stolen slippers and since No One has Come Forward with information, the Munchkins have been forced out of retirement.
Shown here while attending a 2005 Sadie Hawkins Clip Clip Here Dance, the Mayor of Munchkinland was clearly annoyed and remarked:
"... oh fer godsakes. Alright. Just one more time ..."
The Lollipop Guild and Lullabye League were enroute to the Emerald City via horseback. The Horse of A Different Color is quoted as huffing:
"Holy Smoke! You little guys have put on some weight."
Scarecrow led a ragtag trio and complained, "Ah crap. The damn horse is in front of us again." Lion growled, "Come on, come on! Put up yer shovels! I ain't skeered uh no road apples!" Tin Man stiffly responded, "Ah quit yer groaning. They left my damn oil can on the set of Aladdin."
The Wizard could not be reached for comment. A personal aide was screening callers and visitors while chaos ensued. "Who keeps ringing that freaking bell!?"
In the meantime, the skies in Kansas turned menacing.
"But, whatsit all mean girl?? Run and Get Gramps!"
