Shake It Down, Shake It Down Now.

She's a brick----house
She's the one, the only one,
who's built like `a Amazon
Shake it down, shake it down now
---Commodores

Annie is very interested in Eschatology or end-time prophecy. As disturbing as this image portrayed by lilith adler can be -- when we go back to our very origins of the Cosmos, The Earth, Our Selves --- it may actually fit quite well. The blogsite of one Little Dynamo features a number of interesting essays and investigations into the "ancient" occult, as well as Eschatological themes, that manifest in the here and now. As in everything, we take what we need from particular writings and leave the rest.

Annie believes this writer has been gifted with unusual perceptive abilities. That may mean absolutely nothing; however, no matter what you might think or feel about the issues of feminism as a political and cultural gaffe - the Spiritual aspects of our origins and the forces that move the collective may certainly strike a chord! Eh, Sparky? :o)

As mentioned in previous Egg Salad posts, the writer at Da Black Whole reminds us of one who could be moving a gigantic pen on a connect-the-dots board. Maybe even the little stylus that makes the magnet pictures. Remember those things? The round-headed guy on the metal magnet board? There were metal shavings under the surface and the magnet stylus could be manipulated and traced across the surface to make the little bits of shavings into funny pictures and things for the little round-headed guy. Nevermind. So, where were we! lol Oh yes. Da Black Whole.

It's an interesting and, often, very dark trail we're led toward and upon. Wait until you read about eggs and gogs and froggies, oh my! We might add that the whole "egg" theme is a little disconcerting when consideration is given to our blog name! lol

However, there are multi-faceted aspects of all people and all things. Ahem! Go forth dear readers - even those of you who would send e-mail viruses and jackass love notes. And maybe *especially* you dear readers who would send yucky bugs and butts to Annie! Gives that old song "Brick House" a whole new Amazonian dimension. Although we think the Commodores referenced a "tomato." May as well have been pomegranate [lots of debate about that forbidden fruit ... you know - apple, tomato, pomegranate, knowledge.] lol

One caution. Remembering Joseph Campbell and Jung's archetype analyses --- if there is, indeed, an endtime and its physically embodied "messiah" and "anti-christ" forms, it could well be noted that this referenced "anti-christ" is a woman.

Judging from the"loving" ::::harumph::::cough:::: e-mails of late ... I could tend to vote the full-bodied Amazon primitive and very primal er, feminine. However, remember according to those thinkers - that we each embody all. So, for those looking to this concept as a physical person -- plenty of men embody the more Amazonion and primitive feminine archetype. And we ain't talkin' Wonder Woman. Even she's a lightweight in comparison. Make no bones about it though - when the primitives come calling, no chest beating in the world is gonna poof the Amazon away.

from - HO HO HO - GETTIN' FROGGY:

.... an essay called "Frogs From the Dragon's Throat," .... identifies the endtime-antichrist -- or Gog from the Bible's Revelation -- as Amazons. Amazons connoted not only literal warrior-women, but also matriliny and matriarchy in general. (Interestingly, the author doesn't connect these forces with modern manifestations of amazonism, such as figures in popular film or feminism.)

Crocodiles are mentioned prominently in the essay, as is Lake Van (Ban), snake-women, the Cabiri, the Minoan/Cretan Telchines, the matriarchal Picts, and the feminine Shadow as Hecate, Medea, Circe, the Gorgons, and the Norse goddess Freya.

[Also of note in relation to the "Ban," would be the somewhat limited sections in QIM Tunes referring to "vreki." It's a compelling notion and Goya's "Los Caprichos" impresses an unusual perception in this regard. It becomes moreso compelling when coupled with Michael Swanwick's "Sleep of Reason" Series!]

"In regard to recent Ragnarok posts herein, and to Manson's Christmas 2000 artwork:"

[the "art" work on the right is the referenced "Manson's Christmas 2000 piece and serves as the base for the Ragnarok Novella and further essays]

[continued excerpt clipped from Dynamo's blog as written in the Dragon's Throat essay. Here comes the gog/egg notation]:

This would now explain why terms such as "cock/chick/cucu" and even "egg" itself appear rooted in "gog." But as you can see that "Easter egg" is rooted in Ishtar, the Gogi (and the worshipers of Rod) stem from Ishtar, the Great Mother of the occult, and the Bible's Babylon the Great.

The "cock" or "chick" appears in the artwork as the cockatrice or chickatrice, and the "eggs" as "segmented scales" of the Midgard Worm.

"Frogs From the Dragon's Throat" seems to link re-establishment of the "Gogi" primal feminine elements (the old goddess or Great Mother) to Biblical endtime prophecy from Daniel and Revelation, especially concerning a "primal sea-serpent" that, at one crucial level, is an ancient gynocentric alliance -- perhaps of Ban gorgonites and Atlantean/Telchine magickians, a neo-reptilian, predatory strata re-arisen from collective psychosocial depths.

Also! Be sure to visit "RAGNAROK" and its subsequent, eh ... hatchings on yon blog. heh.

Oh yeah ... sing it now.

Wail, wail, she's a brick ....oomph... house.

She's my tomato --- just a lettin' it all hang out.

Shake it down, shake it down now ...
