Godspeed Dylan & Patty

Yesterday: Saturday July 16, 2005. Dylan Groene was buried on his 10th birthday followed by the release of hundreds of red and blue balloons. At the same time --- a memorial was held at Trinity Site in New Mexico by thousands.

This morning, Patty Clark died. She was a friend, mother, autistic, and longtime advocate for dignity of all people. She was one of the first to offer generous assistance to my son, Ben, in pondering not only autism ... but the Spiritual aspects of his autistic soul. She contributed a section to Ben's book, "Mommy! Ben Make The Cake Fly!"

Our very first cardinal ever appeared in the backyard today. He looked at our kitchen window, made a sweet chirp, and flew to the North. Thank you for this gift.
